Maintaining Weight Loss while Traveling
I have lost 28lbs in the past 4.5 months (a total of 48lbs lost since summer of 2017)! When I started really paying attention to what I was eating, and following the principles laid out in Kelly LeVeque’s book, Body Love, I started losing weight easily without being hungry all the time!! I was excited to be able to maintain my weight loss while we were on our week-long family vacation to Disney World and on a Disney Cruise. I even lost another pound! Many people had questions about tips and tricks for eating healthy on vacation, so I am glad to share them with you in this video! By maintaining a healthier eating pattern and balancing my meals, I was able to have more energy and feel more satisfied while enjoying every minute of our family trip. The style I’m using is NOT Keto or Paleo, although it has some similar qualities. Thanks for all your support and love as I have navigated finding the right eating plan for me!
